Para instalarla solo deben copiar los siguientes códigos y dirigirse a Diseño, Elementos de pagina, Añadir gadget, HTML Javascript y pegan dicho código:

Luego de instalar el gadget se visualizara en lateral superior derecho de tu Blog.
